I am pleased to announce that we were awarded both our INDOT Community Crossing Matching Grant applications submitted for roads!!! Our total funds awarded from INDOT were $57,332.00. As a result of this award, the following projects will be completed and were selected based on the official Pavement Surface Evaluation Rating (PASER) system determined from the Asset Management Plan:

JACKSON STREET FROM UNION STREET TO AIKEN STREET;
WASHINGTON STREET FROM WEST END TO MAIN STREET;
HARRISON STREET FROM GRAND STREET TO JACKSON STREET;
Grant Application 2:
BUTNER FROM SOUTH OF MIDWAY TO HITHCOCK;
MIDWAY FROM STATE ROAD 9 TO BUTNER;
HITHCOCK FROM BUTNER DRIVE TO HITHCOCK COURT;
HITCHCOCK FROM NORTH END TO SOUTH END.
We want to extend our deepest and sincerest gratitude to our State Legislators, Governor Pence, and Lt. Governor Holcomb’s work towards this House Bill, INDOT and LTAP for the work towards the selection process and the work of Strand Associates in preparation of the necessary Asset Management Plan for the grant.
